Worried about how Covid-19 will affect your upcoming events?
Firstly, don’t panic! That big conference you’ve been planning for 10 months isn’t over - it’s only postponed.
Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our team, our clients, and their event participants. We’re working hard for our clients to negotiate postponing their events, with minimal cost implications. We’re working closely with the industries top suppliers to do all we can to make sure that, once the government lifts the restriction, your events will run safely - and without a hiccup.
We’re not just working hard for our existing clients, but happy to provide guidance for new clients too. We’re aware that this sudden pandemic has changed the way companies are working and communicating, and most have had to create a working structure they may not have thought possible. Ongoing advances in technology such as virtual meetings and webcasting mean that events can still be successfully delivered around the world - without people needing to leave their home. Make sure you get people working together on exercises and case studies to fully immerse them in the content.
Finally, when the World Health Organisation believe it is safe for gatherings and events to take place again, we'll be here to help you develop an action plan which will mitigate future risks, re-book your suppliers, ensure effective communication between you, your participants and your suppliers, and ensure your event runs smoothly. We recommend considering this as early as possible to ensure you can reserve your preferred venues and suppliers.
